Client List

  • "Having worked with Theresa Brewer on racial equity and justice issues including the challenges of inclusion over the past several years, I have seen the gifts she brings to this work as a facilitator, trainer, and organizational developer. She understands the way racial power dynamics operate at the relational, institutional, and systemic levels. Her amazing ability to bring a deep sense of awareness, empathy and group-building skills to many different kinds of multi-racial or less diverse groups, contributes to her capacity to help groups and organizations grow and begin, or continue the process of transformative change."

Curdina Hill, Leadership and Life Coach,
Organizational Developer and Racial Equity Practitioner

  • "Theresa represents the embodiment of a calm, compassionate , and highly skilled consultant and leader. Her comprehensive grasp of intersectional theory helps her hold space for the complicated and often messy dynamics humans bring into the teams they work on. While weaving together diverse views to expand equity and inclusion for all, her presence is both non-threatening and honest. I had the pleasure of working side by side with Theresa within a large community service agency to delicately expose and work to resolve the institutional barriers perpetuating inequities in access to community services.  Theresa is keen to listen first, then some more to ensure that she has a clear, discursive understanding of all voices at the table. Her kind empathy and executive management skills make her a dynamic change maker you would want to work with."

    Doug DiBrielle, LMHC
    Executive and Life Coach

  • "Our Board of Directors worked with Theresa on recognizing the significance of DEI and the way we can incorporate our learnings into every decision and action we take for our organization, big or small. Theresa not only took the time to first learn about our organization’s mission and history, but then spent time understanding each Board Member’s connection to our work. She and her colleague Ruth then facilitated a customized training for our team, which she led in an immensely supportive and thought provoking environment. Working with Theresa gave us a deeper understanding of ourselves and renewed our commitment for continuous consideration of the unique experiences of our students."

    Tseli Mohammed, President
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tutoring Plus of Cambridge, MA

  • "Theresa was a great partner to Windwalker in providing critical soft skills training delivery. She is the consummate facilitator, able to engage the audience in both a classroom and virtual classroom environment. Her style is professional and approachable, the learners were able to build rapport with her and maintain a great relationship through multiple course deliveries that ultimately spanned over a year of time. But what really made Theresa such an asset to Windwalker’s training was her ability to help us improve the course materials prior to the delivery. She wasn’t just a facilitator, she was a true partner in the development of the course content, activities, and structure. She made our training better."
